HART-2-HEART THERAPY SERVICES
Greetings!
Welcome to the next step in your journey. You've come this far, now let's get started.
How it Works
Choosing to pursue therapy can be one of the most life-changing decisions a person can make. Presumably, you are here because something in your world isn't working. Maybe something needs to be different. Maybe you need help finding peace with what is. Therapy is a great place to work through some of these challenges.
Relationships make up a central part of our lives, and it is within these relationships that individuals can heal. This is true even for people who are alone--we still have relationships with ourselves. As a therapist, we work to be particularly attuned to the relationship that exists between provider and client, recognizing that it is in this place that therapy has its beginnings. Within this context, we explore your story.
What are the feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and experiences that have brought you to where you are? What new understanding do you need to feel better? What changes do you need to make in your life to function better? How can you experience your relationships in a way that is more fulfilling? These are some of the important questions we will examine.
The healing-journey can be challenging, and, you do not need to walk that path alone.
