About Grace

I came to the Pacific Northwest from the east coast, having lived in Maryland and New England. I received my Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington State University with my Masters and Doctoral degrees from Pacific University. I graduated in 2022 with my PsyD in clinical psychology. I have experience working in outpatient, community mental health, and college counseling settings.

I believe in respecting each person’s current state of existence while reminding them of the tools they already possess to accomplish their goals. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, among others, to offer new tools and a change of perspective when needed.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading sci/fi novels, camping, historical re-enactment, gardening, and playing with my cats.
